We wanted a sustainable, fun business that would involve the whole family, including our son Michael who has high-functioning Autism. Mike loves dogs, cats, marine biology, and is an awesome artist.

 

Not long ago, we were on vacation and saw one of these unique dog baths in operation - we were amazed and inspired! And then it all clicked... We knew that we had found the perfect business for us and for Mike! A business that he can participate in, take pride in, and enjoy long-term. Cap’n Mike’s Self-Service Dog Bath was born.

A portion of Cap'n Mike's profits is donated to Families of Autistic Children in Tidewater (FACT) - an amazing organization providing social, sports and leisure programs plus a fantastic summer camp that's the highlight of summer for so many on the spectrum. https://camp4autism.com
